Registration Information

The World Summit on Ethanol for Transportation registration fee of US$495.00 includes admission to all conference sessions, all scheduled meal functions (2 receptions, 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and entertainment and all refreshment breaks) and a copy of the conference proceedings on CD.

Payment can be made by credit card, check or money order in US funds. Payment outside of the United States is preferred by Credit Card; if this is not possible please contact BBI International at 719-942-4353 (Colorado, USA). You may register by using the registration form or online using your credit card.  Online registration will close Friday October 31, so after that date please download the registration form below and bring with your payment to the onsite registration desk at the Chateau Frontenac.

Cancellation Policy

World Summit on Ethanol for Transportation registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and faxed or postmarked by 20 October 2003. An administration charge of US$100.00 will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests postmarked or faxed after 20 October 2003.
