May 15, 2001Archer Daniels Midland Company Receives 2001 Most Improved Investor Relations Award The Archer Daniels Midland Co. received the prestigious Most Improved Investor Relations award for mid cap companies at the Investor Relations Magazine Awards dinner, held earlier this spring in New York City. The awards are presented annually by Investor Relations magazine, the leading journal of the IR industry. Award recipients are selected through a survey of financial analysts and other investment professionals conducted by the magazine.
"We're gratified and pleased to be recognized by the financial community for the efforts we've made to improve our communications with investors," said ADM Chairman and Chief Executive G. Allen Andreas. "Enhancing our investor relations effort has been and will remain one of my key communications objectives."
