There are several opportunities and sponsorship levels available to put your company or organization in the forefront of activity and attention at one of the fuel ethanol industry's most important events. BBI International is helping to organize the National Ethanol Conference on behalf of the ethanol producer members of the Renewable Fuels Association. There will be additional special promotions of your company during these events. We greatly appreciate your support as it helps to partially defer the costs of the event functions. Reception (2) - $10,000 Luncheon (1) - $7,500 Breakfasts (2) - $5,000 General Session Refreshment Break (1) - $2,500 Breakout Session Refreshments (3) - $1,000 Note: Joint Sponsorship of the Receptions, Luncheon, and Breakfasts is an option. Welcoming or Networking Reception - $10,000 Acknowledgement on PowerPoint Projection during the General Session A company representative will have the opportunity to make a few remarks during their sponsored event at the podium and recognize company representatives present at the conference. Opportunity to display appropriate promotional materials on a designated Sponsor Table located in main traffic area Top billing on back insert of Official Conference Notebook Sponsor listing with company name and logo on the National Ethanol Conference website (www.bbiethanol.com/nce) with a link to your company's website Acknowledgement of your company on a large sign to be displayed during the event Acknowledgement of your company on table top tents with company name, logo and website to be displayed on the cocktail tables and bars Distribution of company promotional materials during your Sponsored Function Company name will be printed on cocktail stir sticks used for bar drinks. Use of Board Room for meetings with your clients (by appointment only) Note: Joint sponsorship of the Receptions is an option.
