1st Annual BBI Golf Invitational

Please join us September 15-16, 2003, at the beautiful Broadmoor Hotel and Golf Course, for the 1st Annual BBI Golf Invitational.

Ethanol producers and industry suppliers will have a great opportunity to network during two days of golf on a spectacular course. An industry networking dinner has been designed to facilitate conversations between participants in the ever-growing ethanol industry.

Included will be:

36 Holes of Golf
Monday Lunch and refreshments on the course
Industry Networking Dinner
Hospitality Suite Monday evening
Breakfast Tuesday morning

Located in Colorado Springs at the foot of the Rockies on 3,000 acres, The Broadmoor provides an environment of unparalleled beauty and luxury surrounded by the mountains and centered by Cheyenne Lake. Registration

Registration is $395 and includes two rounds of 18 holes of golf, banquet dinner, breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Rental clubs will be available for an additional fee. To register, download the form from the top left of this page and fax to BBI. A confirmation letter with more detailed information (maps, directions, golf club handling, etc.) will be faxed to you once your registration has been processed.

Hotel Reservations

Golfers must stay at The Broadmoor. To make reservations, call the Broadmoor at 800-634-7711 and ask for the special BBI International rate of $250.

Schedule of Events

Monday, September 15, 2003
10:00am – 2:00pm		Welcome Desk– Stop by the BBI Welcome Desk located in the Main Building on the Mezzanine Level. We will provide you with a ticket for your breakfast Tuesday morning; a name badge, for others to identify you; and any last minute changes to the schedule.
11:00am-12:00pm		Meet The Broadmoor staff at the scoreboard area and take a quick shuttle to the driving range.
12:00-12:50pm		Our group’s golf carts will be available with boxed lunches, golf clubs, names of pairings, and hole number at which each group will start. You can choose to eat your lunch on the cart, or there is a patio nearby.
12:50pm		Everyone needs to be on their cart ready to head out to the designated tees.
1:00-6:30pm		Play 18 holes of golf on one of Colorado’s most spectacular courses (beverage cart available)
6:30pm		Leave your clubs on the cart, and The Broadmoor staff will clean them and have them ready for Tuesday’s round of golf.
7:00pm		Join others for cocktails served in the Arnold Palmer room.
7:30-9:30pm		Industry Networking Dinner in the Arnold Palmer room
9:30-10:30pm		Hospitality reception in the South Lake Suite

6:45-7:45am		Your choice of breakfast at one of the restaurants on property (tickets provided upon check-in at BBI Welcome Desk)
7:50am		Golfers need to be at the scoreboard area to head out to the designated tees.
8:00am-12:00pm		18 Holes of Golf (beverage cart available)
