Texas (2000 EWS)

On September 27th, the workshop in Austin will be held just prior to the large Renewable Energy Round-up in Fredericksburg. A convoy of alternative fuel vehicles will depart from the Omni hotel parking lot and drive to Fredericksburg. There is a great deal of interest in the construction of an ethanol plant in the Panhandle. Other feedstock value-added opportunities will also be examined. Texas is the founding home of a great deal of ethanol fueled aviation work, which could represent a major marketplace in the future.
