Wisconsin (1999 EWS)

A proposal has been submitted by Wisconsin to hold a second workshop, tentatively scheduled for September 25, 2000. After last year's successful workshop that helped motivate the establishment of in-state incentives for ethanol production, the planning committee wants to keep the momentum going with a second workshop that will reach last year's participants and many others.
