Green Star Products, announced the arrival of the first 50,000-gallons of soybean oil feedstock of 2004, at the new American Biofuels (ABF) continuous-flow biodiesel plant located in Bakersfield, California. Green Star Products, Inc. owns a 35% interest in American Biofuels. The two 25,000 gallon railroad tanker cars of soybean oil feedstock, received from Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), will now be processed into high-grade biodiesel for immediate sale. GSPI said they are an environmentally friendly company dedicated to creating innovative cost-effective products to improve the quality of life and clean up the natural environment. GSPI is involved in the production of renewable clean-burning biodiesel and other products including lubricants, additives and devices that reduce emissions and improve fuel economy in vehicles, machinery and power plants.
