Mississippi (1999 EWS)

The Mississippi Department of Economic and Community Development has submitted a follow-up proposal to hold a round-table meeting to follow up on issues discussed at the Ethanol Workshop last year. At the Workshop, a list of needs was generated in order to create an ethanol industry in Mississippi. One of the key recommendations was to develop state incentives to help stimulate the development of an ethanol industry. The round-table meeting will include a select group of stakeholders to develop a document of recommendations for industry incentives.
